These terms apply when you use the TrainMuscle app or website to book, pay for or deliver a personal training session. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who we are

TrainMuscle is operated from Block F, Royal Orchard, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. We run an online marketplace that connects people who want a personal trainer ("trainees") with independent fitness trainers ("trainers") in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Multan.

Trainers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of TrainMuscle. We don't supervise, direct or control how a trainer runs a session. Our role is to verify trainers, take bookings, hold payments and handle disputes.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TrainMuscle.
• You sign up with your own Pakistani mobile number, which we verify with a one-time code, and a password. One person may hold one account.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for anything done through your account.
• The details you give us, including your name, must be true and kept up to date.

3. Trainer verification

A trainer's profile only goes live after our team has checked their CNIC and any certifications they submit. We may approve an application, ask for a document to be uploaded again, or reject it. Once a trainer is verified their name is locked to the one on their CNIC and only our team can change it.

Verification confirms identity and the documents shown. It is not a guarantee of a trainer's skill or of the result of any session.

4. Booking and payment

• Each trainer sets their own price per session, and you see it before you book. Prices are in Pakistani rupees.
• You pay for a session in full when you book it. A booking that isn't paid within 15 minutes is released.
• We hold your payment until the session is completed. The trainer is only paid after that.
• The trainer accepts or rejects your booking request. If they reject it, or don't respond before the session starts, you get a full refund.
• Card and wallet details are entered with our payment gateway. TrainMuscle never sees or stores them.

5. Platform commission

TrainMuscle keeps a commission of 20% of each completed session's price. It is deducted from the trainer's payout, so trainees pay only the price shown. The rate in effect when a booking is made stays fixed for that booking.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a confirmed booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before it starts. After that it isn't refunded. A trainer who cancels a confirmed booking triggers a full refund to you. The complete rules, including how and when refunds are paid, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Conduct, no-shows and strikes

Treat the other person with respect, turn up on time, and keep every session professional. A trainer who cancels a confirmed booking receives a strike automatically. Our team can also issue a strike for a no-show, misconduct or a dispute decided against you. When an account reaches 3 active strikes it can be banned automatically, and its upcoming bookings are cancelled with a full refund to the other party.

8. Disputes

If a session didn't happen or went wrong, report it from the booking in the app within 24 hours of the session's end, with a description and up to three photos. Our team reviews the report and decides the outcome: a full refund to the trainee, payment to the trainer, or a 50/50 split. That decision is final on the platform.

9. Trainer payouts

• A completed session's earnings (the price less commission) become available to withdraw 72 hours after the session ends, as long as no dispute is open on it.
• Trainers can withdraw PKR 500 or more to a bank or mobile wallet account. A withdrawal fee of 1% applies.
• We aim to send each withdrawal within 1 working day of the request.
• If a dispute is decided against a trainer after they have withdrawn the money, the amount is taken from their next earnings.

10. Session location

The trainee and trainer agree where each session takes place. The trainer is responsible for choosing a safe, lawful location and for getting any permission a gym or private venue requires. TrainMuscle isn't a party to that arrangement and isn't liable for access refusals, entry fees or disputes with a venue.

11. Reviews

After a completed session the trainee can rate it from 1 to 5 and leave a comment, and edit it for 14 days. Reviews must be honest and about the session. We may hide a review that is abusive, off-topic or shares personal information.

12. Prohibited use

• Arranging or taking payment for a session outside TrainMuscle for someone you met here.
• Harassment, threats, discrimination or any unlawful behaviour.
• False information, fake documents, or an account that impersonates someone else.
• Sharing another user's personal details, or using them for anything other than the booking.
• Interfering with the app, scraping it, or trying to get around its security.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or ban an account that breaks these terms, with a reason given. A banned account's upcoming bookings are cancelled with a full refund to the other party. You can delete your account from the app at any time once you have no upcoming bookings, open disputes or money still in flight.

14. Health and limitation of liability

Physical exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before you start a new programme, especially if you have a medical condition, and tell your trainer about any injury. You take part in sessions at your own risk.

TrainMuscle provides the booking platform only. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a session, a trainer's advice or a venue, and our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Pakistani law that can't be excluded.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll post the new version here with a new date and tell you in the app about any significant change. Continuing to use TrainMuscle after that means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Multan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
