About TrainMuscle

TrainMuscle is a marketplace for one-off personal training sessions in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Multan. A trainee books a verified trainer for a single session at a time and place they agree between them, sees the price before booking, and pays only for that session.

Who it's for

Trainees who want a trainer without a gym membership or a long contract, and independent trainers who want their own price, their own hours and their own clients, without splitting their income with a gym.

How a trainer is verified

No trainer profile goes live until a member of staff has reviewed their CNIC against their application. A fitness certification is optional and shown on the profile when a trainer has one. A verified trainer's name is locked and only an admin can change it.

How your money is held

A trainee's payment is held by TrainMuscle from the moment they book until the session is marked complete, then released to the trainer. Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead of a session earns a full refund; the Refund & Cancellation Policy covers the rest.
